Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Plouris, including the Plouris public website, agency pilot application, workspace services, and related product workflows.
Plouris is operated by Plouris LLC. By accessing or using Plouris, you agree to these terms and to any written agreement that applies to your organization or workspace.
If you use Plouris on behalf of an agency, brand, creator, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Use of Plouris
Plouris provides agency-owned infrastructure for performance-based creator campaigns, including campaign workflows, creator submissions, performance reporting, and payout workflows.
You may use Plouris only in accordance with applicable laws, workspace permissions, and any written agreement between Plouris and your organization.
Pilot access
Agency pilot access is limited and may be approved, declined, modified, suspended, or ended by Plouris.
Pilot features, availability, integrations, and workflows may change as Plouris continues to develop the product.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, pilot access does not guarantee continued availability, specific feature delivery, or future commercial terms.
Accounts and permissions
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for activities that occur through their workspace account.
Workspace access is role-based. Users may not attempt to access agency, brand, creator, campaign, performance, payout, or administrative information they are not authorized to view.
Customer content and data
Agencies and their authorized users are responsible for the content, campaign materials, creator submissions, client information, and other data they provide through Plouris.
Plouris does not claim ownership of agency client or creator relationships. Plouris uses customer content and data to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit, upload, process, share, or instruct Plouris to process any content or data you provide.
No marketplace relationship
Plouris is infrastructure for agency-run creator programs. Plouris is not a creator marketplace and does not broker relationships between agencies, brands, or creators.
Any commercial relationship between an agency, brand client, creator, or other participant is handled by those parties unless a separate written agreement with Plouris says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use Plouris for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, spammy, or security-risky activity, or to access data, systems, accounts, or workspaces that you are not authorized to access.
You may not interfere with Plouris operations, attempt to bypass access controls, probe or test systems without authorization, or misuse third-party services connected to Plouris.
We may suspend or limit access when needed to address security risk, suspected misuse, legal compliance, non-payment, or material violation of these terms.
Third-party services
Plouris may integrate with or rely on third-party services for identity, hosting, communications, analytics, storage, advertising platform data, payment or payout workflows, and other operations.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and permissions. Plouris is not responsible for third-party products that it does not control.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Plouris handles information from website visitors, agency applicants, workspace users, brands, creators, and other participants.
By using Plouris, you acknowledge that Plouris may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Plouris is provided on an as-available basis except where a written agreement states otherwise. We do not promise that every feature, integration, report, or workflow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plouris and Plouris LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
Plouris may update these terms as the product, pilot program, and commercial offering evolve.
Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Plouris after an update means you accept the updated terms.
