Security & trust

Separation, isolation, and control — by design.

Agencies run client campaigns, creator content, performance data, and payout workflows through Plouris. That only works if access is separated, workspaces are isolated, and money-related changes are controlled.

Role separation

Agency, brand, creator, and internal team roles are distinct. Each role gets its own portal experience and sees only what that role is allowed to see.

Workspace and tenant isolation

Each agency runs in its own isolated workspace. Agency data is partitioned per tenant — one agency's campaigns, creators, and payout records are never visible to another.

Permissioned brand access

Brand clients access only their own campaign workspaces. They see campaign progress, submitted content, approvals, performance, and reports for their brand — not your other clients or internal agency operations.

Scoped creator access

Creators see only the programs and campaigns they participate in: their briefs, their submissions, their campaign status, and their reward statements.

Audit history

Submissions, approvals, and payout changes keep an audit history, so your agency can answer who changed what, and when.

Controlled performance data

Access to campaign and performance data is controlled by role and workspace. Reporting is shared deliberately, not exposed by default.

Payout approval controls

Payout rules and reward changes go through approval controls, keeping performance-based compensation deliberate and reviewable.

Data ownership

Your relationships stay yours.

Agencies retain ownership of their client and creator relationships. Plouris is not a creator marketplace — it does not broker introductions between your creators and other brands or agencies, and it does not sit between you and your clients.

Plouris is the infrastructure your agency runs its creator-performance programs on. The brand on the portal, the client roster, and the creator network belong to your agency.

Workspace access

Secure Plouris workspace access.

Pilot agencies sign in to their Plouris workspace with their work email. Identity infrastructure is powered by Ledvery — you may see Ledvery during sign-in, but you are always signing in to your Plouris workspace.
