We may also collect usage, device, browser, and log information when you visit Plouris websites or use Plouris workspace services.

Depending on how your workspace uses Plouris, we may process agency, brand, creator, campaign, creative asset, performance, payout, approval, invitation, support, and audit information needed to operate the service.

We use information to operate Plouris, review pilot applications, provide agency workspaces, manage role-based access, support campaign workflows, protect our services, respond to requests, and communicate about Plouris.

We do not sell personal information. Agency, brand, and creator data is used to provide the Plouris services and support the agency-owned operating model.

Identity infrastructure for Plouris workspace access is powered by Ledvery. You may see Ledvery during sign-in, but you are signing in to a Plouris workspace.

We may also use third-party infrastructure or platform services for storage, messaging, email delivery, support, observability, billing, payments, payouts, and connected advertising or commerce workflows when those features are enabled.

Agencies retain ownership of their client and creator relationships. Access to agency, brand, creator, campaign, performance, and payout information is controlled by workspace role and permission.

Plouris is not a creator marketplace and does not broker introductions between your creators and other agencies or brands.

Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting the right users, assigning appropriate access, and managing account permissions for their organization.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when needed to protect Plouris, our users, the public, or the security and integrity of our services.

If Plouris or Plouris LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate Plouris, provide workspace services, review applications, support customers, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
